George Pope qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1972, working at John D Wood & Co for 30 years before leaving as Chairman in 1999. Since then he has been a sole practitioner, advising clients on enfranchisement, lease extensions, sales, valuations and other professional matters.
George has acted for clients with properties ranging from small flats to multimillion pound houses for many years. He has given evidence as an expert witness on many occasions in the High Court, Lands Tribunal and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
George was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 1996
